The daily class schedule is from 8:00am – 2:30pm for the Elementary School (grades K-6) and from 7:45am – 3:15pm for the Upper School (grades 7-10).
Students in grades K-2 participate in Story Time with Dr. Condra (at 7:30am in the gym) and students in grades 3-6 participate in Morning Forum activities with Mrs. Lund (at 7:30am in the auditorium).

Car Pick-Up
Parents must display their Safe Dismissal dashboard cards. Parents who missed the All-School Open House must pick up their dashboard cards from the school front office.
Parents without Safe Dismissal dashboard cards will be required to exit the car pick-up line, park, and present ID to the front office.
Walk-Out
This option is only for students who will either walk or bike home by themselves or who will walk home accompanied by a parent (or authorized adult).
Walk-out parents must inform TVCA staff of assigned Safe Dismissal numbers and wait outside the school front doors for students to be released.
Front Office Pick-Up
Under special circumstances (such as a doctor’s appointment), parents may pick up students from the front office prior to 2:00pm.
Parents who do not arrive for front office pick-up by 2:00pm will be required to join the car line.
Late Arrival
Parents who arrive after the start of school must walk students into the front office and sign them in.
Transportation Changes
Parents who wish to change their regular mode of transportation must email the school at change@tvcacademy.org by 12:00pm.
